Red and Yellow Caturra trees flourish beside guava orchards, where each cherry is handpicked at its sweetest point and naturally fermented for 48 to 60 hours before slow drying under careful supervision.

In the cup, guava leads with vivid brightness, balanced by soft banana and plum undertones. A touch of citrus glimmers through a gentle chocolate finish, leaving a sun-warmed sweetness that lingers with quiet grace.
